The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Bill of the Law 'On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Implementation of the External Independent Testing of Education Quality and Implementation of the Punishment for the violation of the External Testing Rules and its Results"

The Bill (Reg.№4241) envisaged the legislatively implement the system of External Independent Testing of Education Quality of pupils that are willing to receive the higher education and implement disciplinary, administrative and criminal liability for the violations in this sphere.
